From online to in person, the experience was easy going and relaxed. Never felt pressured to make any decision. Everything was explained very well by Moises. He spent a lot of time with us and answered numerous questions ranging from the car to the dealership and to people we knew related in some way to the dealership. We met with him at least three times to look at vehicles and test drive. This is our 4th Toyota and have no doubt will return.
