I was pleased with the service I received when getting the maintenance work done on my Toyota Sienna van recently. Both Tony Rogers and Carey Hausenfluck kept me informed and answered my questions to my satisfaction and were pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to others.
I have had my Lexus service managed by Justin for 5 years. He is a consistent 5 stars! Always pleasant, attentive to my needs and answers all my questions. The only disappointment and reason for 4 stars for BCS Toyota is related to an early Monday service appointment that could not be completed in one day due to vehicles left for service from over the weekend which ultimately delayed the start of my service.
