The service advisor, Russ was great and serious about his job, but still very friendly. He was able to help me spread out the 100K mile service in batches so it fits my monthly budget. I am glad to be a Toyota BCS customer!

Made my appointment through Manny Lopez. Arrived confirmed my appointment and my FJ had it's radiator flushed and new coolant added. No hassles, fast service, Manny is the best!!! I was out in about an hour and a half (guess).

Ron Broesche provided prompt and reliable customer service as usual when I brought my car in because the battery had died on me when starting the engine in freezing rain temperatures. He was able to look up the car service receipt in Toyota of Colorado Springs to see when the old battery was purchased. Still had 50% warranty on the battery, so only had to pay 50% for a new battery replacement. Excellent and detailed service.

The service area is definitely the shining star of the dealership. Sales still functions like the Hard Sell of the old car industry. After buying 4 vehicles there I find your sales personnel want to start out at unreasonable prices and it takes a lot of research to prevent over paying for a vehicle. It would behoove you to set pricing at a level that is profitable for the dealership and eliminate all the haggling.
