Had a warranty issue, took sometime to deliver the parts but overall it was fixed and was offered a loaner until it got fixed. Would do 5 starts but had to wait for the parts

I am exceptionally satisfied with my customer service experience each time I visit the Bryan College Station Toyota dealership. My experience begins immediately when I drive into the service lane. I am always greeted with a smile at check-in and while I am waiting for my service advisor, Heather B., my windshield is being cleaned.
