I have always been satisfied with the service I have received at Bryan College Station Toyota and I wasn’t disappointed this time either. Carey came out at the beginning and it was like seeing a friend once again. I had thought I would need some specific service work that she proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need so I spent less than I expected as well! Thanks Carey!! It was done on a timely basis and I do like the app that kept me updated.
All departments were professional and responded to our questions and needs. We were satisfied with the service.
Ron was the service writer he's very good at what he does. I enjoy working with him when I bring my car in for service.

The people that run and work at the BCS Toyota service department are top notch! They treat you like you're their best customer, and keep you updated on issues with your vehicle as the maintenance work progresses! Fantastic team!
