Very polite from check in to check out. Justin even gave me tips on how to change battery in my key fob and how to use it if my battery is dead. And fast! I was all settled in to read a book and didn't even get to finish a whole chapter.

Daricia made the purchase of my new Highlander so wonderful. Zeeshan in finance was very knowledgeable in his area and not pushy. Much appreciated. Carey, my service manager took care of a flaw on the side mirror within a week. Best team since my first Toyota bought in Bryan since 1976.
