There is no Lexus dealer in College Station, so I use Toyota for service. They have been satisfactory

Ron, service manager, always treats me well. My car was in for routing service and I was informed that service might take as long as one and a half hours as they were running a little behind. They finished in forty five minutes. Good job!

Ron is the best. He is the only reason we bring our fleet trucks to this service center. If/when he retires or leaves, so will we. I’ve attempted to buy multiple vehicles but the entire sales department is uneducated and utter garbage. I had a salesman, and sales manager tell me Toyota did not offer fleet services. So I contacted Toyota fleet services directly to get our fleet number. We buy roughly 2 trucks a year and I will never buy one at the dealership.
