I have been doing business with BCS Toyota since 2017, when I purchased by used 2013 Toyota RAV 4. I was looking for a 2022-2023 model RAV this time around. Jessie lined up two vehicles for me to look at/test drive, including the Toyota Corolla Cross, which I did not know much about.

Went to have seat trim replaced. Wasn’t there for service, maintenance reminder reset to 27000 miles but not sure oil was changed which wasn’t supposed be till 24000. Took only 10 minutes to replace trim but was there for 3 hours even with 9am appointment.
