Purchased and drove down from Dallas. Great price and timing. Appreciated Patrick working to get exactly what we wanted in the minivan. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 is that receptionist was not very friendly in each of our multiple calls, there was no warm welcome when we came in, we missed coffee exactly by 1 minute after a long and early drive (no empathy when asked for the last pour).
Professional, courteous and quick. The waiting room also had nice accommodations. The staff seemed organized. The maintenance check and tire rotation was quickly performed.
Great service for my Lexus. Recommend to other Lexus owners in the Bryan / College Station.
