I have had my Lexus service managed by Justin for 5 years. He is a consistent 5 stars! Always pleasant, attentive to my needs and answers all my questions. The only disappointment and reason for 4 stars for BCS Toyota is related to an early Monday service appointment that could not be completed in one day due to vehicles left for service from over the weekend which ultimately delayed the start of my service. I was attracted to this dealership because of the variety of vehicles I was interested in. My lead was followed up with quickly, appt made, and when I arrived what I wanted was pulled around.
