Bobby always gets me in at a time that's convenient for me. They work fast and aren't constantly selling you up on other services while you are there. They explain the condition of your car at the end with a nice report to go along with it.

Got 4Runner in for first oil change and routine maintenance scheduled quick and easy. While I had to wait a few minutes for a service advisor (even with an appointment), Tanner handled everything with exceptional efficiency and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine except the amount of time it took to finalize the deal. We spent over four hours mostly waiting on people to get things done. Unacceptable in my most humble opinion.
