It was easy to get an appointment, they took my car right away and finished quickly. I think it was a little more expensive than going to another repair shop, but I know I'm getting quality parts and I can go back if I have any issues because I believe they take care of me and my Rav4!

The experience was perfectly fine but it all should have been done in one day not a phone call after I left to come back because they got the price I was asking for.
