Dustin was respectful and straightforward. Quick service all around. He greeted me as soon as I drove into the service center.
I came in with a dead battery and no appointment. I was taken care of immediately.
Manny was great! !! The only issue I had was that I wasn't told about the wait (1-1/2 hours) until I drove in for my appointment..
Suggestion- when you go in for maintenance and the service men change your display on the dash, manually pump lift the seat way up bc they don’t like it low, and change ur seat settings- it would be professional if they changed it all back to the owner’s settings. Clearly a rush job by service. I wonder if they even did any maintenance. I’m marking the tires next time.
Jessie made my purchase of my Tundra the easiest transaction I ever had at a car dealership. From start to finish, he was a gentleman.
