I had the pleasure of working with Jason and treated me very well. The entire staff worked hard to finance my car at the affordable payments that I needed them to be at. I did not once feel pressured to buy my car. I told the staff that the car that I purchased was a good deal and I truly believed that is why my new car was 'speaking' to me on the lot. Steve and the entire service team are so helpful. I live a lot closer to a different Volkswagen dealership but don’t think twice about taking my car a little further for the GREAT service I receive at Bud Brown. Wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else !

I live about 2 miles from independence Volkswagen. I chose bud Brown to purchase a car from a couple of years ago. I’ve enjoyed the personal service that I have received every time I have been to the agency my last visit I called and spoke with Nathan in the service regarding the need to have an immediate oil change done so I had a flight scheduled at 2:30 afternoon on Friday. Nathan told me that it normally takes 45 minutes to an hour for a oil change on a Passat and there was no one waiting but he could not guarantee that... read more

I can not find enough positive words to define this dealership! Wonderful, Amazing, Friendly, Efficient, Fantastic time management. I drove 45 minutes past 3 other vw dealers to have my car worked on in the service department and was extremely impressed by the Friendly knowledge people that greeted me there. They got my car in and out in record time without an appointment versus my normal vw dealership that demands an appointment and still keeps me waiting for hours to get my car. Best VW dealership in the Kansas City area
