Logan was working the front desk I believe that was his name. He was very professional, polite, & he definitely cared. He could tell I was in a time crunch & an extreme inconvenience so he & his crew worked as fast as possible to get me taken care of which they did. I HIGHLY appreciate it & will ALWAYS recommend budget brakes.

Multiple other places has quoted me four to $500 to put new rotors in or some places forced me to have to do both for that price. I went there and negotiated with them a little bit and we were able to figure out that my rotors could just be machine down so it brought my toll wall down to 127 everybody there was amazing and nice and I had been struggling to find people they’re willing to help me and my car is taken care of nothing’s broken. Everything looks great and I’ll be back.

Came in for what I thoughtf was rear drum brake issues. Once the inspection was completed, they determined that I did not need brakes and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. They read the engine codes and test drove it to be sure everything was in good order and sent me on my way without any charge.
