I went to Budget Brakes because I had some issues with my brakes. I had an appointment, but arrived early and they got me right in. After they checked my car, Logan at the desk explained what was wrong and gave me several different options for repairs, including waiting until later for repairs. I chose to let them repair my brakes, I was out in less than 45 minutes and the price was better than reasonable. I recommend this shop on Kingston Pike to anyone needing their services. Very professional!

Logan was working the front desk I believe that was his name. He was very professional, polite, & he definitely cared. He could tell I was in a time crunch & an extreme inconvenience so he & his crew worked as fast as possible to get me taken care of which they did.
