I stopped by realizing my old jeep liberty needed brakes as dealership reminds me during oil changes. I had budget brakes do that jeep before so I knew it was getting time on both axles again. The manager, or young man waiting on me on this day was super nice and helpful and was willing to do job today without me having to make future appointment. He got me in and got both axles done maybe in a few minutes over an hour. Super fast and even put on a couple tie rods that were needed along with an alignment. It drove very nicel... read more

Went in because we thought we needed brakes. Fully prepared to have the work done, but they came back after checking and said we were good for a while longer. Could have easily sold us service we didn’t need, but instead shared the truth. Honesty is often hard to find in this environment - but this group does it right. They have earned our business from now on!

Your rep Logan (Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee, 2/14/26) was really great. There was a young woman who spoke limited English, and Logan (whose Spanish was very limited!) really went out of his way to thoughtfully explain everything that needed to be done. It's the kind of thing I would have expected as normal, but these days it felt special. So much so that I offered to anonymously pay for her repair.
