I had a great experience at Budget Brakes. The customer service was excellent--especially the younger guy at the front desk, who was professional, friendly, and straightforward. He gave me an estimated wait time, explained the process clearly, and kept me updated throughout. I originally planned to replace all four brakes on my Jeep Compass , but he was honest and told me my front brakes were still in great condition. The hermitage location guy, think his name is Aaron, set me up right, gave me four different price points and clearly laid out what each would accomplish and worked out a plan going ahead for what's best. I came in only knowing something was wrong and felt satisfied I'd be helped out.

These gentlemen were very helpful when it came to getting my brakes changed. I would highly suggest this place to anybody that's looking to get their brakes changed as well. I know where I'll be going from now on

Great customer service. In the past couple of months, I've had my breaks replaced, a bearing replaced, and my heat shield secured. Each time I've come in, they have helped me understand the issue and have been very kind. I really appreciate the work they've done and will absolutely be coming back for future repairs and maintenance.

I had a wonderful experience with Budget Brakes! Being a woman, I was nervous that I might get "taken" and end up paying a ton of money on things I really didn't need.......and then I met Chris Miller. Chris made me feel like I was a family member, it was really refreshing! He explained to me that he had two daughters and tries very hard to show that he is not out to "nickle and dime" people, especially the ladies that come in to repair their brakes. This place is very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop my car off early morning do what I needed to throughout the day while they worked. No work is performed until after inspection and before letting you know exactly what they need to do. Lifetime warranty and they are willing to work with you on the price. I would definitely recommend this place for brakes.

If you need your brakes looked at but you're not sure where to stop- please take my recommendation and choose this shop. Everyone is so friendly and had great manners - I was called ma'am my whole time in the shop. If you're not a big car person they will explain things to you in a way you'll understand, and what's more they give you a "good, better, best" scenario for pricing.
