Incredible service! Today I was on my way to Budget Brakes to pick up my husband who was getting his car worked on, when my car mysteriously stalled out in the middle of Old Hickory Blvd, five minutes away. Called my husb, and when he asked the Budget Brakes manager who we should call for a tow, the manager Matt told my husband to get in his car and they'd come pick me up. Yes. That really happened. They give you a real estimate for free and they are willing to work with you on the final price. I'm not how they do it but they actually help people. Overall I like the way they do business, everybody in the building was very professional and I would recommend this location to everyone.

WONDERFUL experience. Took my 2006 Toyota Matrix with 93,000 miles in for a rear brake inspection. ... not having problems but figured it was about time. These knowledgeable folks checked my brakes in about 20 minutes and found no problems - and no need to replace the brake shoes ... they explained my vehicle can go much further before new brakes are needed. The kicker ... No Charge! Will definitely go back. They're a class act!

Went in to this location today as I SHOULD have done originally. I went to a different company (I won't name) in Mt Juliet because the person driving me and I live there (minutes away) and it was more convenient for my driver. After a terrible experience at first place (said I needed new rotors, I'm not ignorant to cars) and 4 wasted hours, I drove to Budget Brakes. I was taken in very late in the day 430. I took my car to the WONDERFUL guys here today to get a few repairs. Ryan and Steve did the repairs and got me safely back on the road in no time. I HIGHLY recommend these guys and this location for ANY and ALL repairs. They rock!

I took my car to Budget Brakes for a second opinion after being quoted over 700.00 from Firestone. Mike Miller the service manager looked at my car and gave me an estimate at half the price and accordingly so since my car is not that old and has under 70,000 miles. This team is wonderful to work with- they are professional, fast, and most importantly honest about the repairs that need to be done. I wish they provided more auto services.

Yesterday I took my car to Auto Pro in Mt Juliet. They gave me an estimate for extensive brake repairs at over 900 dollars. WHAT?!?! I was stunned as I am a trained mechanic from the Navy and I take good care of my vehicles. Not only that but Auto Pro in Mt Juliet charged me 50 bucks just to look at the car and they told me that if I were to get those repairs they MIGHT be able to apply that money to the repair bill. I visited this location last week for an estimate on my car, but was given an unreasonably high quote without a thorough inspection. The staff was quite rude and unprofessional throughout the experience. I would not recommend this place -- be cautious, as they will overcharge you!!!
