Took both of my vehicles here for a routine brake change, spent well over $500 on a set of ceramic for my car, and a set of metal for my husbands truck (which was recommended by the crew to put on the truck, we have since found out that they were wrong). The brakes on BOTH cars continued to squeal for 5 straight months after they were replaced here. I'm writing this as I sit at Firestone waiting for my front breaks to be fixed...again. I took my car to Budget Brakes about 7 months ago, and my breaks squeaked from day one. It finally got so bad that I brought my car in to Firestone today. They told me that they were installed wrong and that the parts used were very cheap. They showed me the problem (what caused the squeaking) so I was able to see exactly what they were talking about. They fixed me right up. Walked in and waited at the unmanned counter for three or four minutes. A worker in the shop looked at me and kept working. Nobody acknowledged me, so I left.
