James was so rude! I usually always take my cars here for repairs and have been for years. Even prior to being seen, James was arguing with an elderly lady. This new norm of service is terrible and I will not be returning.

They were Rude, and EXPENSIVE!! Waited 10 minutes while 2 mechanics sat in chairs in the bay, and played on thier phones! Then when one of them decided to come to the counter with rude expression said name, he more grunted and acted like it was a huge inconvenience.... Sign outside say $100 brakes!! I Guarantee you nobody EVER gets out of there for less than $1,100.00!! Crazy hidden charges!! Rude service!!! Will be hard to recover from this Terrible experience

The manager did not offer to help me find a coupon on my $350 brake job today! I will return tomorrow to findout if he will help me.

DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE EMBARRASSED WHEN YOU NEED TO STOP YOUR CAR LATER! Told them i just needed the back done, not the front. Called me with a price for the whole thing; told them again i only need the back done. Turned my very new, performance rotors on the front and ruined them. Been here several times and every time they turn anything it's ruined, i have to most of the work again myself. To make things worse the ones I paid to have done (rear) now sound at least 10x worse than they did before I paid these people. HOR... read more

Terrible experience! I am still reeling over it. I called the Hermitage Budget Brakes to get a price quote and was told that brake pads start at $89.95. I scheduled an appointment the next day for my Camry. When they evaluated my car they showed me two options: An estimate of almost $500 (like $486 or something) for front and back brake pads of their best quality; and almost $400 for their cheaper pads! I went here to have my brakes repaired and was quoted an ungodly amount of money. I took the quote to another automotive repair shop in town and they beat their quote by $600. I received the exact same parts and service, there was no difference. These people are crooks.

Went there on a Saturday as I felt I needed new brakes and not many places open on Saturday's including my own mechanic. Was told that my brake pads were fine but needed Rotor's in the front and drums in the back needed to be replaced as well...that there was nothing left of both Rotor's and drums!! And the cost would be $550.00...I talked them down to $500.00 while sitting in a restaurant eating lunch. I went to your store in Hermitage this morning to get my rear brakes done on my truck. I went in and asked to have the brakes done and I had some pads i just bought in the back. the guy at the counter told me he didnt use pads from customers. I told him fine use your pads, seems dumb you wouldnt use other pads but i understand.
