The customer service was excellent even though my bill was high bc of all the work I had to get done to my car they really made me feel at ease bc they helped me get a loan to help pay my bill and I had to only pay $15 that day. I forgot the GM’s name at the Lebanon pike location but he was so awesome respectful and helpful! I’ll definitely be going back whenever I need services done to my car.

The work done seemed to be good and timely. I was disappointed in how I was charged. I had the following work done: Replaced rear rotors. Replaced rear brakes. Replaced front brakes. I was charged a labor fee for all three as if they were separate jobs, rather than figuring the amount of labor time to do all the work. I had an $85 labor fee for rear brakes, an $85 labor fee for front brakes, and a $50 labor fee for new rear rotors, for a total labor charge of $220, when it only took an hour to do the whole job.
