Everyone is really respectful and the work was done in a timely manner that explained to me an easy to digest terms. The guy working in the front named Zachary was great to work with. Would definitely refer a friend in the future!Ā

The service manager Zachary was very friendly and helpful in greeting me and diagnosed my brakes issue quickly and accurately. The mechanic, Tyler did a perfect job of rebuilding my brakes - they now work perfectly I am highly pleased with the experience and will recommend Budget Brakes to my friends.Ā

I was called and asked to return to the store . This it was put on the rack and everything was fully explained. Was also advised to have it checked out by a specialist that worked on the electronics parts of the break system.Ā
Two weeks after having work done all my break sensors went off. Took it back to the same shop. They didn't put it on the rack to see if it's was something that came out or loses while they had it up. He put a code reader on the vehicle and told me it was a sensors and they don't work on them. There are 3 sensors around the breaks that could have been disconnected by mistake but they didn't even check. The price is anywhere from $89 to $350. Dollars just for the sensors. Felt like there was a plan to add cost to my visit. Just needed my front pads replaced due to normal wear. Was told I needed new rotors and tubes. Technician that test drove my truck said there was motion when breaking. I totally disagree. Paid $100 for pads that should have been under warranty. Not pleased with the game that was played. I understand you make your profits adding scope to each visit but this was a warranty visit that was handled wrong !!!.Ā
