I called to make an appointment for my 2013 Nissan Altima Maggie was very fast on setting me up for an appointment. A day before they call and remind you to come in. It is very helpful to have such a great team maintaining my vehicle.
I had couple of questions regarding the warranty I had on my vehicle. I bought my vehicle in another dealership where I only got lied to. Fortunately I found this dealership that takes care of its customers and provides great service on every question. My first visit I paid 19.99 for my oil change and I got a free car wash. I called to schedule an appointment for my Murano and a young lady named Jocelyn helped me out with setting it and she let me know about some specials the service department was having.
Jocelyn from the Service Department gave me a call to offer me an oil change for my 2010 Versa only for 9.95, that's a great deal so I decided to take the offer and I scheduled an appointment with her. She was very friendly and I will definitely give a call when I need more service done on my vehicle.
I like the service they provide when on the phone and when you are there in person. The service is fast when you go to get an oil change and they even wash your car. I really like the service department.
I got a call from Maggie regarding my vehicle 5k miles maintenance. She scheduled me to come to the service department to get my vehicle serviced. I am happy with Buena park Nissan to keep my vehicle in good condition.
