I received a call from buena park Nissan regarding current promotions. Elizabeth in service offer me an oil change for $9.95. I just moved into the area, and most definatly it will be the home for my Nissan Murano servicing needs.

I came in to pick up a navigation system I order. Since it was last minute, I thought I would not be able to have service done. Elizabeth in service talked to the advisor, And they would be able to take assist me. I really appreciate the service.
I called the dealership today because I needed a copy of my repair order invoice. Elizabeth in service mentioned it would only take ten minutes , and that I will be able to pick it up at the reception desk at anytime I had a chance which I did. This is what I call excellent hassle free service!
I had to wait two weeks for a part( ac line) my vehicle needed, in order to complete recall. Service department promise they will give me a call, Elizabeth in service set me up with an appointmet that best fit my schedule. This is what i call great customer service!.

I purchased new tires since it was part of recommendations. I received a call from Elizabeth in service,letting me know my tires were in. I was able to set an appointment for same day, which it's a plus. Excellent service!
