Maggie called me from the service department to remind me of my free oil change for my 2016 nissan altima. I had totally forgot that Buena Park Nissan gave me a complementary oil and filter change until i recieved the call. I got my oil and filter changed and my car got washed as well. I am impressed of the great service they give. I will be back to service my vehicle. Thank you Buena Park Nissan !

I CALLED IN LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE FOR MY SISTER AND I GOT ON THE PHONE WITH THE NICEST, MOST PROFESSION PERSON, HER NAME WAS ERIKA, SHE WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH SALES. WHEN I WENT IN THE STORE, I WAS POLITELY GREETED BY ERIKA AND SHE SET ME UP WITH A SALESMAN. THEY BOTH WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED MY SISTER. THANK YOU ERIKA

I called in looking to recieve more information and was greeted by Erika. She was very helpful and answered all my questions about the vehicle and gave me all the necessary information i needed about the vehicle. Very friendly and helpful. I will be purchasing a vehicle soon and this is where I'm going.

Called Buena Park Nissan to schedule an appointment to get my breaks replaced. I was so amazed that the different resources they have for one to save money and time. Maggie offered me to visit their online website to look at the specials they have for the oil changes, break check and any service discount. I talked to an advisor to make sure I was able to bring the vehicle the day I was at work and get it by the time I got off and that went fantastic! I just called in and I can simply say the staff there is great I recently just spoke to a young lady name ERIKA she has a good personality and answered all my questions she help me find the perfect car and was a great help everyone call her she is highly recommended won't be disappointed I submitted my information today to get information on the vehicle I been interested in then I received a call from Erika from Buena Park Nissan & I will be shopping there for my new car

I was not able to set an appointment online for Sunday. I decided to call the dealership, maybe there was a last minute cancelation. I was pleased that Elizabeth checked with the service department , and mentioned that I could bring in my vehicle today. I got my tire fixed & had an oil change as well. Appreciate the staff and the great customer service, since I know how busy service department is.

Brought my vehicle in for service regaring a recall. Unfortunately the part needed for the recall was on back order. Elizabeth in service took my information down, and mentioned she will call me once my part arrived. Two weeks later I received a call, that they can now schedule my appointment at my earliest convenience. This is the reason I come to Buena Park Nissan,for the attentiveness of the staff.
