I was interested in selling my vehicle so I heard Buena Park Nissan was buying cars. So I called a young lady by the name of Erika, she answered the phone and let me know that they where paying top dollar right know, i will be stopping by for sure
I called in to Buena Park Nissan looking for Nissan Altima. I was helped by a young lady named Erika. That was soooo helpful. She answered all my question and made sure i was getting what i wanted. I have to say its been the best custmer service around!
I bought my 2016 Nissan Altima in May. Maggie called me last week to schedule me for my complementary oil and filter change. I am very pleased that scheduling an appointment was fast and easy with her. Especially knowing that the service department is open 7 days a week is a plus! When I got my vehicle back it was nice and washed. Thank you Buena Park Nissan for great service!!

I wanted to test drive before buying. I contacted with Miss Wilkerson for setting up the test drive. She replied that I should ask for her when I arrived for my test drive. One very small problem was I was late but Miss Wilkerson was so patient and understanding. She was great! Very informative and friendly, not high-pressure in anyway. I mentioned how my credit is not so good but she was willing to work with me to find the right car.
Maggie called me to offer me a great deal on my oil and filter change for my Pathfinder. She was polite and fast to schedule me the next day from the day I got the call. She explained to me the process and also answered the questions that I had for the service. I love that they have a complementary wash on the vehicle and have a shuttle. Great service!
it was an easy process to schedule an appt to service my vehicle. Maggie also offered me a deal for a tire rotation and oil change, so i will be coming back because i like the customer service she gave me. Thanks Maggie!!
