Called in today and talked to Maggie to schedule an appointment for an oil change and brake service on my 2015 Nissan Maxima and everything went great she was able to to schedule me an appointment the same day and gave me good prices!! Maggie called me to update my address and verify that all my information was correct on my account. She then offered me an oil change for $14.95 which was very convenient since I needed an oil and filter change already for my Nissan Quest. I'm in the market to buy a new car and I happen to call Buena Park Nissan a lady by the name of Erika answered the phone. I let her know exactly wat I wanted and my budget. I called in to schedule a appointment for an oil change for my Nissan Versa Jocelyn assited me. She was really friendly and even informed about the special promotions the service department is having to save me some money on the service. I will be back in 4 months for the routine service.
Everytime i bring in my vehicle in for service its always so busy! I still wouldn't take my Nissan anywhere else but Buena Park. My service Advisor is knowledgeable and advices me of what future maintenance my vehicle needs. The staff is friendly and i always get service promotions thanks to Elizabeth.
