I called in to get information on a car and Erika Vazquez helped me. She was very nice and friendly she answered all my questions.
Always take my car here for the fast and friendly service. Elizabeth in service is very helpful and sends me reminders for future maintenance. The whole staff is professional & awesome.
Walked into the service department after getting a follow up call from Elizabeth godinez who politely and enthusiastically brought me back in to service my vehicle. The service department was clean and the employees were very helpful.

I called Buena Park Nissan service department to schedule my 15k maintenance on my 2015 Nissan Rogue. Maggie answered all of my questions and helped me understand the process she even contacted me with Julio a service advisor to talk about the service. When I took my vehicle was returned at the time they promised and I even got a wash! How great is that!! I trust and appreciate all the resources they have to maintain my vehicle in good condition.Thank you service department for great service!
