Had a leak by the boiler and Burke came at an agreed upon time. Tyler assessed the situation and did not see anything from the boiler causing the water so moved a pipe and put a drop pan down. Asked us to call again if water filled up. It did and we called back and Shannon did a great job in keeping me on the line while trying to get a tech rescheduled. Tyler came back, fixed the problem and we were back to normal. We were very pleased with how both handled the situation!
