He is very knowledgeable in this field and guides you through the entire process. He always responds promptly and patiently answers all your questions. Joseph was like a touring guide in Loan process,if you stuck somewhere he will guide you very well.The best part is even you have tons of questions his patience is the best thing.My son asks me so many questions but I am like enough...but Joseph and his team will answer you on phone is not by email communication.
