Excellent team of professionals. Loan was clear to close quickly and communication was excellent. He not only made the process smooth but he gave great wisdom and advice which was appreciated. He was also on top of things and kept us in the loop with everything and always responded right away. Most importantly, his rates are consistently competitive or better, and the service his team provides is extremely fast and friendly. We would HIGHLY recommend.

I got very good service from Joseph. There was some point in time during the loan process that I lost my hope in getting home and loan on time. Only because of Joseph involvement on time time and his valuable information removed all obstacles . I loved his friendly approach to explain my questions and I recommend him to everyone in need

Joseph has been a great lender. He is well aware of the overall loan process and very knowledgeable in loan and escrow process. I was fairly new to loan process and escrow, Joseph quickly displayed an ability to clear my understanding on loan process. During loan process, He was quick in providing any help and approachable on phone/mails. With his proactive work, we were able to close the escrow on time.
