Joseph has been our loan advisor for more than 7 years now. We have our 2 home loans done through him and 4 refi done on those loans. Every time he proactively calls me when there's an interest rate drop or better package available to refinance our loans. He gives honest advice based on the prevailing market conditions, loan amount, and credit history. I used Joseph several times in the past for our refinancing needs. Honest, reliable and quick. All our refinancing were done in a timely fashion. You do everything electronically with him and you never have to go somewhere to sign papers. Just before closing, he will arrange for Notary to come to your place and get all the work done.

Excellent team of professionals. Loan was clear to close quickly and communication was excellent. He not only made the process smooth but he gave great wisdom and advice which was appreciated. He was also on top of things and kept us in the loop with everything and always responded right away. I got very good service from Joseph. There was some point in time during the loan process that I lost my hope in getting home and loan on time.
