Joseph has been a great lender. He is well aware of the overall loan process and very knowledgeable in loan and escrow process. I was fairly new to loan process and escrow, Joseph quickly displayed an ability to clear my understanding on loan process. During loan process, He was quick in providing any help and approachable on phone/mails. With his proactive work, we were able to close the escrow on time. I am very satisfied with his services and would definitely recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Joseph helped me on my somewhat complicated refinance where I was merging my two loans into one loan as part of refinance. With complicated tax returns over last two years, there was so much paperwork needed as part of my refinance. Joseph made the process so easy.
