Joseph has been a great lender. He is well aware of the overall loan process and very knowledgeable in loan and escrow process. I was fairly new to loan process and escrow, Joseph quickly displayed an ability to clear my understanding on loan process. During loan process, He was quick in providing any help and approachable on phone/mails. With his proactive work, we were able to close the escrow on time.
