I used Joseph several times in the past for our refinancing needs. Honest, reliable and quick. All our refinancing were done in a timely fashion. You do everything electronically with him and you never have to go somewhere to sign papers. Just before closing, he will arrange for Notary to come to your place and get all the work done.
