Today was our photography presentation. It was amazing! Sara was great help and made the entire process smooth. She kept the energy going and made my whole family and I have great laughs. From the video to signing papers, everything was great!

I went last night for me senior pictures and the staff was AMAZING!!!!! They made me feel beautiful and made my pictures fun to do!!! Lenyiah was my FAV!!!!! Also Kate, John and Raven were extremely helpful and made my experience amazing!! Love this place and the staff working!!!! So many more helpful employees that I didn’t get the names of!!

NO. NO. NO and NO. They are such a scammer. Their website has no information about the upfront charge, in this case we paid $214 for whatever it was. After the photo session, they told us that we had to make a $50 deposit to schedule a presentation and the $50 will go toward the photo package that we choose if not they will refund the money. My wife and I purchased the "Elite " package with the understanding that we would get at the very least two free digital images as listed in the benefits for purchasing "Elite. " After hours in a photo sessions and then after being forced to sit through a high pressure sales pitch, my wife asked for the two free digital copies. By far the best photo shoot experience I’ve had I will 100% come back !!!
They do not tell you what you are getting into when you pay for the photo session. It is expensive to have them take the photos, but they don’t tell you nothing comes with that. It is $1100 to get the photos you already paid them to take. None of this is explained until after the session. Now, I’m stuck either paying the extortion prices, or walking away from my child’s senior picture photo session.
Had a great experience with taking photos. Not with the ordering process. Rep seemed like she didn't want to be there. Didn't introduce yourself. Had to ask her name. Not a good or great experience with selecting my Seniors photos ESPECIALLY with the cost. Actually regret even ordering my child photos because the service wasn't good.
