Chalei was our professional photographer & she was absolutely AMAZING! Such a kind hearted girl! I truly enjoyed my time with her! On top of that she is an amazing photographer, thank you Chalei!

Today was our photography presentation. It was amazing! Sara was great help and made the entire process smooth. She kept the energy going and made my whole family and I have great laughs. From the video to signing papers, everything was great!

I went last night for me senior pictures and the staff was AMAZING!!!!! They made me feel beautiful and made my pictures fun to do!!! Lenyiah was my FAV!!!!! Also Kate, John and Raven were extremely helpful and made my experience amazing!! Love this place and the staff working!!!! So many more helpful employees that I didn’t get the names of!!

Customer Service is terrible. Tried to email them despite taking the email from their website. Email bounces back. Can only chat with a bot who can't help with much. I placed an order 4 days ago which is exactly when the photos were first available to purchase. Now it says there is a 30% discount because the photos will be deleted. I asked for a credit and they said they couldn't. OK fine. Then I had another order where the quality and details were terrible. NO. NO. NO and NO. They are such a scammer. Their website has no information about the upfront charge, in this case we paid $214 for whatever it was. After the photo session, they told us that we had to make a $50 deposit to schedule a presentation and the $50 will go toward the photo package that we choose if not they will refund the money. My wife and I purchased the "Elite " package with the understanding that we would get at the very least two free digital images as listed in the benefits for purchasing "Elite. " After hours in a photo sessions and then after being forced to sit through a high pressure sales pitch, my wife asked for the two free digital copies.
