Absolutely horrible studio. Every year my kids school uses them and every time there is something wrong. This last time my son’s soccer uniform is dark blue. In the photos however the shorts and socks look black. I put in a request to have the color fixed. Was told the it would take at least 10 days to fix which is ridiculous. Multiple chats, emails, phone calls only to get the same excuse that they are busy. Maybe if their photographers took better photos the graphics department wouldn’t be so backed up. We were very excited to have our Senior's photos taken in a professional studio but in the end, it turned out that they were not professional in customer service by directing us wrongly to buy the packages we do not want and need. And when we claimed a refund they responded they have nothing to do! Bad experience, a total rip-off!

Scam Alert! Do NOT use this crooked company! I would leave a negative star review if I could. They will claim to send you a "portfolio" and then charge you for it without consent. I never ordered a portfolio, never asked for a portfolio, never even received a portfolio, now being billed $235.39 for a "portfolio." The only thing I ever consented to ordering was a sitting fee for my son's senior pictures. Pictures were terrible btw, not even worth the sitting fee. This has been the WORST experience. Cherokee County Hight School Seniors have to use this company to be pictured in Yearbook. Which I consider an extortion considering how bad they are. My son had an appointment for 30 minutes session at 1 pm, at 2 pm he was still waiting for his turn with no explanation what is taking so long. This studio is absolutely ridiculous, and I would be curious to see the open records where and how they got the exclusive rights for Cherokee County school photography.
I will start off saying I got some really amazing photos of my son this year, and of my other son 2 years ago. The concept of this business is genius. However, if I was making this review based off my experience 2 years ago and this time, it would be maybe 1 star. I was very upset that my youngest son didn't get the same experience as my first son. My daughter and I felt we were truly taken care of by Amy H. The ordering process was a lovely experience. The pictures Nova took were beautiful. Amy showed us all the options and after we ordered we left feeling very happy! Amy you are wonderful.

Had my daughters pictures taken in the summer before senior year started. They won’t send cap and gown pictures until the spring. It is ridiculous to Think we have to wait months to almost a year to get our photos.

Nice studio until I received my pictures. We we’re able to watch them take photos and see the photos taken on a tablet. However when we got our digital photos they didn’t send them all. I prepaid for all the digital photos and they only sent a couple of the photos. Don’t prepay if you use this place. They won’t send you everything and they won’t allow you to choose the ones you like the best. Not happy with the photos they sent at all. And no refunds

Poor quality and double charged for photos of another child that I did not agree to pay a session fee for. Asked to return the pictures of this child in order to get a refund. Why am I being made to rectify their mistake. Palm Beach County School District should not use this company. Absolutely horrible. I could have taken better pictures.
