Ok experience
I don't see anything positive about this place except customer service because they need to be on top of all the complaints. The price they charge for every little tiny thing is ludicrous and the work is sub par I could have taken the same pictures and saved hundreds of dollars
absolutely terrible at taking photos i was not happy with my senior photos and had to redo them and figure out other options made me look weird and hold my hoodie string very off putting poses do not suggest taking ur photos here.
Cady is a scam! I chose the Elite (the most expensive) session for my daughter and although the pictures were nice there’s a fee to see the pictures and the prices are unreasonably high. The worse part is I bought the traditional session for my son a few years earlier and to purchase the same number of pictures for my daughter is $1500 more simply because she did the Elite session which gave her more pictures to choose from. Would NEVER use again!
A 1 star is too much!! What a complete rip off of a business!!! Shame on them to try to make these obscene amount of money for a couple of pictures. No one should be buying from them! Shame on you to run a business abusing your customers.
My son had pictures with the studio at his high school. He forgot to bring home a paper so I had to call the studio to order the pictures. Took two phone calls for them to help me set up an account and get it to actually work on my end so that I could look at pictures and that was all fine but when I went to order the pictures, the PayPal option didn’t work so I called back was on hold for 30 minutes and the employee that answered to all of three seconds to tell me it wasn’t his job and it wasn’t his problem. Very disorganized- we spent an hour and half at the studio for a 30 minute session. Most of the time was spent waiting for a photographer that was helping people who arrived AFTER we did. The photographers were very unfriendly; did not offer props or pose options and were not customer service drive at all. Poor experience.
