Had my daughters pictures taken in the summer before senior year started. They won’t send cap and gown pictures until the spring. It is ridiculous to Think we have to wait months to almost a year to get our photos.

Nice studio until I received my pictures. We we’re able to watch them take photos and see the photos taken on a tablet. However when we got our digital photos they didn’t send them all. I prepaid for all the digital photos and they only sent a couple of the photos. Don’t prepay if you use this place. They won’t send you everything and they won’t allow you to choose the ones you like the best. Not happy with the photos they sent at all. And no refunds

Poor quality and double charged for photos of another child that I did not agree to pay a session fee for. Asked to return the pictures of this child in order to get a refund. Why am I being made to rectify their mistake. Palm Beach County School District should not use this company. Absolutely horrible. I could have taken better pictures.

Didn’t appreciate the text messages coming in at six in the morning. Constant bombardment of phone calls and text messages. Trying to sell their packages. $200 for a package of a total of 6 pictures. Plus another $200 to take the photo, which you can’t even keep.

I would give it a negative. Biggest rip-off ever. $60 for one 8x10 of a cap & gown picture is sick. This is a big day for everyone in their lives and Cady disgustingly takes advantage of the parents desire to capture this moment in their kids life. They should be ashamed of themselves and someone needs to do something about it. If anyone knows where else I can complain let me know…

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every phone call has a 2 hour wait? They force parents of seniors to receive a 200.00 portfolio (no opt out) then there is no easy way to send it back. If you miss the deadline you are charged to your card. It is absolutely ridiculous.

I'm really surprised by these positive reviews. It may be because they ask you to leave the review in the studio while they're watching you, which, granted, is a great way to pad your reviews. We used Cady because our school required the yearbook photos be taken by this company and we decided to go ahead and do all of our child's senior pictures here because it would be easy since we were already there. they change the appt and they are 1 hour away from the school . only time is at noon 4 months out for the next appt it tock us 4 months just to get this appt was told they come to the school but if you want the Elite you have to drive a hour . no one pick up call 8 time just to have the hung up no one to help it a night mare this company make it about them self not the student.
