3rd Visit to Cady Studios.. this one I have to say I give **corporate** a 1 star because it won’t allow me to give a 0. Families pay big amounts of money to obtain their children’s pictures. The main and important photo a parent wants is their child’s Cap and Gown, and we did not receive those pictures in our video nor in our USB. Why? Because “allegedly” they don’t know if the child will graduate or not. Makes no sense at all. Our 2nd visit at Cady was Sunday afternoon to see our final results and make decisions! We walked in and were greeted! As soon as we said the appointment name, they were expecting us! They verified the room where we would be and if everything was set! Outside the room there was a board ready with my daughter’s name greeting her/us! Let me pause and let you know… When they say bring tissues, make sure you bring them! (If you forget, it’s ok! They got you!!!) Scheduled my sons senior pictures MONTHS ago- called this morning at 9am to confirm my sons appointment at 2pm today & was told we are all set. Show up to take pictures and they’re CLOSED! No phone calls or emails to reschedule and when I called customer service number the lady was SO rude and unhelpful with zero empathy for the situation. What a joke of a company that they can’t do a simple thing as CALLING YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS TO RESCHEDULE when deciding to not open. If I could give zero stars I would!

Pictures were mediocre at best. My son did the showtime sports pics for his wrestling and the photographer only did head shots. We paid extra for the additional options of backgrounds. Out of the whole experience there were only 2 decent pics. Chose not to order the over priced pics but still got a charge from the studio after a month for an order I did not place. Called the studio to correct the issue and got met with a “sorry there is nothing I can do”  do not trust this company with your financial info. They will rob you ... read more

We were extremely disappointed that we weren’t given all the information before signing the document. We were partially told about the options for tge payment plan but not told we wouldn’t receive the photos until paid in full and that we couldn’t change our plan or our minds until AFTER signing the agreement. Very unhappy!

just now NEW Went in for senior portraits just to be in the yearbook. Specifically asked for their portfolio to NOT be sent to me on multiple occasions as I do not have a printer and had no vehicle to return it. The people at the session assured me a return label would be in the box IF they did send it to me even though I was requesting it NOT BE SENT. The worst experience!!! They are too expensive, bad customer service, poor communication. I wanted to finance, but they took the money directly from the bank account (without financing) regardless of whether they ruin your Christmas by leaving you without money. I made it clear that I want to pay for the pictures, but I wanted to do financing. Jessica, the manager, said she would give me a call to solve this issue, and she never did. From finding out someone pick her most dislike picture for the year book when we have her session done before the last day to have the picture taken. My daughter didn’t have the chance to pick her yearbook picture as she was supposed to do during checkout time after her session. I want to love our experience at the presentation but far from a great customer service experience. Allison wasn’t the right fit for this task, she was far from being engage in our visit. Would give them a 0 if I could. They decided to mail out a "portfolio" and not clearly state it needed to be returned or they would charge you $235 4 months later!!!! Poor businesses practices. I will not have senior portraits in the year book for my future seniors due to this!
