We were seeing a show at the Silver Legacy for the evening and Cafe Central was convenient and seating was available. It was surprisingly good and the busser refilled my water glass several times. I later determined that was not a good idea at the end of the show when I had to use the restroom, hahaha!
This is always our go to place when we stay. Big meals, fair price great customer service and food is yumminess.
It's a Diner type restaurant so don't expect a gourmet meal. Prices are above average for a diner that's what you expect at a casino. Overall our food was good and our waiter was super helpful.
Food was not fresh. Service was not great. Ordered chicken fingers and they were straight out of a frozen bag. Had no taste.

Ordered the pho a few times and just not to per even gave it 3 tries have not enough of either noodles or no veggies its all broth for $20 bucks, The food is alright not all that great for the price, my family had different dishes and all had something not satisfyingly to say about it .. its over rated

I ordered takeout from here recently to bring back to my room, and it was a big disappointment. I got the potstickers ($14.95) and the buffalo chicken wings ($18.95). The potstickers came with only four pieces for that price, which felt like a complete rip-off--and they weren't very good either. The wings were dry and overcooked, nothing like proper buffalo wings should be. For what they charge, the quality just isn't there. Definitely overpriced and not worth it. I would not recommend this place.

TLDR: would not recommend unless you have a ton of time to sit around and wait for service/food. Came by myself at around 10pm on a Saturday. There was no line at the entrance, many empty tables and I got seated right away as the waiter took my order. However that was about the end of the service I received. This place is 24/7 is why im giving it 2 stars. We came to this place after 10PM and ordered to go. We waited 1 hour to get our food the place didnt look that busy. no one told us how long it was going to take, and people who ordered after us got their food first. Beware of the wait when ordering to go!

We had a late dinner at Central Cafe on the 17th of July. Broccoli Beef and War Wonton Soup. Both dishes were okay but not great. Portions were good but flavor was lacking. What was more disappointing was the service. Our waitress Marie was technically sound, she took our order, delivered our food and gave us our bill.
