We stopped by for dinner Monday night, July 4th weekend. We knew it was going to busy and it was. It took about 15 mins to be seated & probably about the same amount of time for anyone to come get our drink and another 15 for food orders. The staff looked slammed so it was understandable. The kitchen must of been backed up as well since food took a while to come out. When food did come out, it was good. There wasn't anything to write home about. We would come again, just expect slow service.

This was a nice little café that was located inside our hotel. We ate here one morning for a quick breakfast. This place gets quite busy and we were in line for a while before we got seated. The service was really nice. The servers checked on us often. We both got breakfast items. My boyfriend got some pancakes And I got some French toast with eggs and sausage. Everything was delicious. The one morning I had breakfast at the Silver Legacy, I went to the aptly named Cafe Central. I am anegss Benedict person and they had Tuscan Benedict on their menu. It was supposed to be made using Tuscan ham. My server brought me coffee as soon as I sat down and she brought a carafe with more so I could fill my cup anytime I wanted. The Benedict was good. Super quick with great service. Everything was clean and organization and it wasn't too busy for a Saturday night. My family got a little bit of everything butnthenpad Thai was my absolute fav.

So many empty tables, but the line was still long and the wait was even longer. We definitely hit them at a busy time. Lack of staff and table campers also probably contribute to this. Missed the main menu by five minutes. Late night menu (11:00pm - 6:30am) is limited. Or waiter was awesome. He looked like he could play basketball and had great attention to detail. He got our order right. Unfortunately the burger got a little over cooked. Still a good place to get a bite between gambling and competing.

We ate here last night and the food was great. The steak sandwich was delicious, although a tad bit undercooked (thus why I always order medium now rather than medium rare). Loved how they brought us a carafe of iced tea and water so we didn't have to wait for refills. It was not busy when we were there so the service was prompt and we had our food quickly. We ended up here, because so many other restaurants were closed. I'm glad we did, however. The spaghetti and meatballs were great and a very large portion. The chicken tortilla soup was good, and the server gave me 4 packages of crackers. So many times, they scimp on the amount of crackers they give you :) The chicken club sandwich was large and very good, as well. Service was friendly and fast.

This restaurant opens 24/7. No matter what time of the day this spot offers a lot of great variety of dishes on their menu. The waiters are very friendly and always check back on your table to make sure everyone is satisfied with their order. Will always make this restaurant a stop whenever i stay in Reno.

I just left Café Central. I ordered my eggs over medium, but they came with the whites runny and undercooked. I asked the waitress if I could get scrambled instead because I couldn't eat undercooked eggs. She was not apologetic for the raw eggs and said she didn't think she could trade them out. Mind you I did not take one bite of these eggs. She walked off irritated while I was in mid sentence when she came back later I asked her why she wouldn't change them out she got irritated again and walked off with my whole plate. Th... read more
