In a city that offers a lot of dining specials it is nice to come across a dining facility that delivers both great food and excellent service. I was very impressed with the service that we received here tonight. My husband had the Mongolian Beef and I had the wedge salad. Both were excellent choices! We were seeing a show at the Silver Legacy for the evening and Cafe Central was convenient and seating was available. It was surprisingly good and the busser refilled my water glass several times. I later determined that was not a good idea at the end of the show when I had to use the restroom, hahaha!

This is always our go to place when we stay. Big meals, fair price great customer service and food is yumminess.

It's a Diner type restaurant so don't expect a gourmet meal. Prices are above average for a diner that's what you expect at a casino. Overall our food was good and our waiter was super helpful.

Top notch all American food, Crab Rangoon is the best here. With sweet n' sour sauce. Yes, a sweet treat indeed!

Came here because there were long lines in other nearby restaurants (Ruth steakhouse, El Jefe's). We were seated after about ten mins of waiting. We were pleasantly surprised. Asian menu is very limited so we went for 'American' menu which has a lot more to offer. Portion is huge! We ordered burger, house salad, super nachos, chicken tacos. Nothing too fancy but everything met our expectations.

This was not my first choice of breakfast places, but they were the ones offering room service so it was that or nothing. Menu wasn't anything special and the prices seemed fairly reasonable considering where you are and that it's being delivered. The presentation definitely lacks and may leave you feeling a little meh. It was delivered pretty fast though and it was okay. It's nothing special so I can't say I'd get room service here again. Like I said, it was "okay".

Came here for a quick breakfast at 8am on a Monday. Not many choices in the Silver Legacy itself, and this was the one we chose. Setting is easy to find, right off the main pathway between The Row casinos, and lots of seating. Was not busy at all, so we were quickly seated. A server took our drink orders, and then Olga our main server took our food orders. I enjoyed my food everything was great i don't know if it was because of the alcohol or what but i went to sleep right after and my mom enjoyed her bacon lol
