Cafe Fiorello is Lincoln Center neighborhood staple with a good selection of lovely food. The vegetable selections offer variety and great light meal. The service varies from visit to visit but in most cases is decent. The noise level at lunch was very loud--surprising for a nearly empty restaurant. The music volume made it impossible to communicate with my lunch companions. We asked several times for the volume to be lowered and while they did lower it slightly, it still interfered with our attempted conversation and theref... read more

When I travel to NYC,attending a performance at the Met/ theater at Lincoln Center Cafe Fiorello's is our to go to Cafe. I know that a Brunch/Lunch/ Pre Theater-dinner here is always going to be good. Like the location, close to Lincoln Center, and if you want to walk down Broadway, which I/we often do, a great way to walk your meal off. Our most recent visit May 2015 - Sunday Brunch and we both ordered the Italian Breakfast Brunch "excellent" Perfectly prepared/presented and delicious" upon arrival we were served a basket f... read more

I've been to Fiorello several times, and I like it better for lunch than for dinner. It's less noisy and less frenetic. Their pizza is great, and their salad was awesome. Dinner is like a zoo, but salad and a pizza for lunch, pre matinee, was superb.

Everything was good, except the fact that the restaurant told open table that we were "no show".

We went for dinner before a show and we were promptly seated. Service was wonderful, food was excellent. Everything was served with a beautiful presentation. The food was just delicious. Each member of our party ordered a different entree and everyone was happy with their choice. Service was excellent. The staff was there to fill your drink glasses and cater to your needs. Loved the restaurant and will definitely go back.

Brunch was good, menu somewhat limited/non-traditional which appealed more to the adults than the children but pizza available so a home-run. The bucket of chocolate mousse is to die for. Close and easy to Lincoln Center and service was fast and good.

The white wine from Napa and the pasta and salad dishes were very good. Seating was somewhat cramped on the tables in front of the salad bar. The $8 Afogato was also a bit pricey.

Met some old friends last night , sat outdoors with a great view of Lincoln Center. An hour later the rain started. The staff immediately helped us moved further inside the awning so that we would enjoy our meal during the storm.

A good start in critiquing a restaurant is the bread. Here it was served warm and fresh baked, Appetizers of fried artichokes and of meatballs is tomato were a devious but filling way to start. We then has just room enough to share a Margarita Pizza. Theirs was in my studied opinion the best in the City, if not else where as well. The crust was paper-thin. the tomato sauce was fresh. Generous placement of fresh ricotta and mozzarella cheese and baby tomatoes was tantalizing. Don't forget to help yourself to delicious chocola... read more
