Our experience was, once again, exquisite. Service friendly and attentive. Food great — we started with fried calamari which was good and sauce tasty. But tastiest part of our dinner was the main course, especially my seared tuna tagliata — fantastic. Best I've had for a long time! Same applied to my wife's lobster salad thou it was less surprising for us lobster lovers. For desert we ordered one piece of tiramisu and cappuccinos. The cake "slice" was ... HUGE ... So big we were very glad to share it. Tiramisu was moist and ... read more

Went for dinner before show at LC. There was a line but we had a ressy and were escorted right in, past the line. The maitre d' remembered we were celebrating our anniversary and poured us each a glass of prosecco as he walked us to our table (though he called it champagne). The restaurant was very busy, but we had a great table waiting for us. We were quite pleased. We ordered three items off the anitpasto menu and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot to start. Our waiter was great, although he (attempted) to correct my pronunciation... read more

Good before Lincoln Center. A hectic mob scene. We happened to have an outstanding waiter. The food was surprisingly good for a consistently crowded, commercial kind of restaurant. Prices were outrageously high, wine included. This is not gourmet dining, but is was a decent though overpriced meal before theater.

The veal parmigiana, which is a heft veal chop bone in that is flattened out, fixed up with the light breading and the incredible marinara sauce, and served on a huge platter.....better to split for two people.....promise you won't leave any. The bread and antipasto is a great start as well.....guys at bar which also serves up great antipasto plates are great.....great place for a Texan visiting the Big Apple

live in the neighborhood and although this could seem like a touristy spot- great quality food with freshly made burrata - the chicken parm is absolutely delicious. -(w/o the pepperoni).

I've been to Cafe Fiorello many times and have always been happy. This last time our waiter seemed to think we weren't worth his time and attention. When I ordered wine by name, he snapped at me that I must order by number. He continued to treat us like we didn't know what we were doing throughout the ordering process. The food was wonderful as were the rest of the wait staff. I will definitely return and just make sure I don't have the same waiter.

I thought that because of its perfect location across from lincoln center, the food might not be good but in fact both the food and service were excellent! Highly recommend for pretheater dinner. Only one ding is it's a little noisy if you don't like that sort of thing.

My husband and I took out his sister, our daughter and a friend to dinner. Everyone loved their dish from a very yummy salmon for our guest on the "whole 30" diet to an awesome pasta for me. I unfortunately have food allergies and eating out can be a challenge. I am always impressed when the wait staff exclaims "No problem, we make so many of the dishes to order, we can easily accommodate your allergies." When I don't hear that answer I always wonder if they are getting their sauces out of a can. Of course there were a few d... read more

I came here by myself when I was in New York. The server was super nice and the food was very good. They were super accommodating of what time I had to get to the Opera. They also did not make me feel bad for dining alone, which I have had some restaurants do, the waitress was even over attentive because of it. Also has a good wine list.
