I like Calder casino because they have so many penny slots. They really have something for everyone. I would say at least 75% of the slot machines are penny slots. These are my favorite kind of slots because they really do turn into big payouts if you are lucky. I have eaten at the buffet here before and was not impressed so I have not been back since. I was pleased with the staff at the Players Club. They were professional and upbeat. I will definitely come back to this casino in the future.

I have been here 8 times over a two month period and always have a great time! The slots are fun.. Okay... The buffet is not good but Lucky's is decent. I like the relaxing atmosphere and I have never thought the clientele to be sketchy...I go with my husband and have only enjoyed ourselves. My favorite part about going here is the absence of cigarette smoke... Huge points for that!

Best casino in South Florida. Great promotions, plenty of food options and most importantly, a friendly staff. At Calder, everyone is treated like a VIP. The addition of the Smoking patio proved that they care to accommodate every guest. There's something for everyone at Calder.

Typical Indian casino. The casino is large with plenty of tables. There are a lot of 25 min Black Jack tables to play anytime. The smoke was off the chart. Vegas casinos seems to have better air filtration systems. Dealers were nice, not snobby like higher end casinos. We played with 5 or 6 dealers and all were consistent. No free drinks for players. Regular bar rates.

This is my go to Casino! No smoke. Parking and security all over. The employees are awesome. Bartender Sal is great! The floor waitresses/coffee ladies, Lorna and Sherry are very nice and always strike up a conversation. Lots of machines in a great floor layout! Food always available. They have complimentary soda machines. Also I like that it's clean and bright. I don't know how pay outs are determined but I hit here more than I ever have at Hard Rock or Gulfstream. While it doesn't have the glitz of Gulfstream or the Ha... read more

It's a casino. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. BUT if Sal is at the bar you're going to feel like a winner!!! Amazing service and quick drinks. Sometimes I'll have the drink I wanted before I even order it. That's the best. Thanks Sal

I came to Calder for an event one afternoon on the day and ended up being super early, so I killed time at the bar and in the casino. I hadn't been before, but I was impressed with the variety of slot machines and games as well as a lively bar area. There were lots of people gathered watching the Dolphins and having drinks. There were also lots of people at their various eateries inside the casino. I ordered some drinks at the bar which were good, and about the same price as you'd pay at any other casino in South Florida (... read more
