Booked without reading reviews first, and I was definitely disappointed Nothing Nothing , someone left swimming trunks in the back patio area and according to the staff in the lobby I couldn’t check in early because the room wasn’t available yet until clean. So they were obviously lying

Terrible We're given a handicap room.asked for a regular room.. was charged 100.000 for the so called upgrade????, then in room , the TV didn't work at all both days even after letting them know. Shower water would go hot and cold extreme constantly. Was told that it was from multiple toilet flushes?? ! This is a major hotel ! It shouldn't happen. Then , only 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Water leak above our shower. Dirty carpet and floor. Bed very uncomfortable. Very disappointing. We will never go back to Caliente tropics!! ... read more

Fair The a c didn't work well. The fan over the bed was already on when I came into the room, so they already know. The carpets are not very sanitary. The mixer valve in the shower is real hard to pull on. Toilet lever was very stiff and hard to turn. T v channels are very good on selection. Close to the pool. The theme. The reef bar

I was disappointed, ive been staying here for 15 yrs, I don’t think I’ll be back for a while. Shape up Caliente tropics! The room was hot, the air conditioning was not on when we arrived and it took about 12 hours to get cool in the room. The coffee maker was disgusting, they really need to be replaced. The pool, it’s mellow and not crowded

I would only go there for the food. Room was satisfactory but had a weird musty smell and we did see a roach in our room which at that point we were ready to leave. Took a very long time to check in as well as room was not ready and housekeeping was not responding to hotel check in staff. Very nice location Reef restaurant is very good.

Disappointing to spend that much on a property that needs repair Big crack under door, we had to put a towel at the door to keep insects from getting in. Parking lot was dark and little to no lighting
