I wouldn't stay here again, but the tiki bar is definitely worth a visit. Our room had very dark and depressing decor. The walls are thin and if your neighbor is making noise, as our was, you can hear it all. The place is kind of run down overall, basically an old, giant motel. It was a couple of miles from downtown so if that's important, don't stay here. The pool is really nice, though it was definitely cooler than the 86 degrees the front desk clerk told us it was. The bed was comfortable.

Very Poor room was dirty/smelly and it was misrepresented on the web site, the pictures on the site look nothing like the actual room the location was good and the pool was nice

Won't go back Concrete floors. Outlets falling out of the walls Poor outlet locations and not enough. Cheep furniture and outdated. TV remotes didn't work very good. King Suite very overpriced. Almost $500 for two nights including tax. Nothing

Decent stay, but not really a resort The room was very small for a deluxe, includes a small fridge but no microwave. The pool was not heated, and it was very cold to swim, ended up using the hot tub only. The fitness facility was closed. The pool area is nice with chairs, tables, etc. Location is close to Palm Springs downtown

Probably wouldn't stay again, unless renovation was done. Room was tacky, large bare spot in concrete upon entry. Chips on walls and woodwork. The a/c was insufficient for the first 2 days, then finally was fixed and fine. No chairs to sit and relax when watching TV. Had to sit on beds. Definitely not rated 8.3 as advertised. Beds were comfortable, shower fine, Location to downtown, good
