Bad Musty and dirty
We enjoyed Palm Springs despite staying at Caliente. The whole place needs a major refurbishment - it’s just shabby! Had we not prepaid the four nights then I would have walked out and booked a Travelodge or similar which would have been a major improvement! It’s basically a depressing place to stay. Difficult to find a positive other than the room was basic and everything worked but it looked like all the furniture & fittings were installed in the 70’s & hadn’t been updated since.

Loved the grounds, but the room was just so so. The room could have used some upgrades. The furniture looked too well-used. The grounds were wonderful, and the pool/jaccuzi was fantastic!
Fair We got a smaller room/beds than we paid for. It seems like the pictures that were provided were from rooms that had been remodeled and updated - and the room we received had very clearly not been updated. No microwave, coffee pot didn't work, A/C was loud and struggled to work. Turned overhead fan on and dust flew everywhere. The pool and outdoor area were GREAT! So was The Reef!
It was a disgusting experience. Had to lay some of our clothes on the best to sleep and luckily, we brought our own blan The room they gave us was gross. Black spots everywhere on the carpet, holes in the wall and the shower head was disgusting There’s nothing that would make me stay at this location again. I liked nothing about this property unfortunately
