Horrible ! Not even the right room . Booked a suite for 245$ . Didn’t get to check in till after the check in time because our room wasn’t ready and then it was just a regular room . Super dirty and out dated . And also the restaurant had horrible service .
WORST HOTEL. THIEVES. The worst service ever. They stole my money. I was going to Palm Springs Photo Festival, and although it was cancelled due to COVID-19, they decided to charge me the full price. What a pitty. WILL NEVER STAY THERE. Nothing
Poor Room smelled so we went to a different room.it smelled moldy too Pool and bar area.

Fair No microwave oven available anywhere on site. Hot tub was only lukewarm. Property is showing its age. Refrigerator in room, good flat screen TV.

Very Poor Impossible to talk with anyone about the reservation or to modify it in any way. Not willing to work with customer especially given covid crisis. Run down facilities. Not worth the money.
Cute concept but rooms are rundown The room was disappointing. When we arrived, we found leftover food in the fridge. As well, the cabinet housing the small fridge had water damage, the carpet had visible stains and the hot/cold water in the shower in Room 215 was reversed making a hot shower impossible. We mentioned this to the gentleman at the front desk as we left for dinner the first night. He didn’t seem surprised and offered us a ground floor room if we wanted to move. Definitely not 3 star! Run down. For the price it was definitely not good value. Shouldn’t be 3 star in my opinion. Location was good. Parking was easy and free.
Disappointed in the value for the cost. Pool was dirty! The price for my room was way too high. They would not let me cancel a Feb stay and when I moved my dates to be in March the price was doubled.
