This hotel was about what you'd expect from the price point but housekeeping is careless. On our last full day, we came back from being out for the day and found that housekeeping left our door unlocked and open; it was visibly ajar even from the parking lot. This is extremely disturbing. Thankfully nothing seem to be taken but it's really a pretty bad mess-up. When I called to tell the front desk, I was told that the staff would alert the housekeeping manager, but no one even apologized or validated that this was concerning... read more
It was just okay. Door very hard to open. Shower faucet too hard to turn on. No breakfast. Carpet not very clean. Location
change the air condition machine. air condition system is too old , it has stopped time to time, with big sound throughout the night.
Fair They charged us an extra $100!! Said it was $25 a night per pet, AFTER the fact. (We brought 2 dogs) When we checked in said it was a $25 pet fee.
Fair I was forced to give a $100 cleaning deposit and given nothing to show that it would be returned. Person who checked me in said that it was standard in Palm Springs which was a lie because I had just come from a Best Western in PS which did not require it.
Disappointing Wallpaper peeling of the walls, water damage on ceilings, roachesand no room service which was advertised and a reason we selected this hotel

Fair Pool looked dirty, no microwave in rooms, toilet was sooooo loud!!!! The staff were very friendly, bed was comfy.
not nice room was not as clean as expected, dirt on the bathroom floor, showerhead coming off the wall and it was difficult to pull facet to turn on shower water. Was disappointed that when there was an issue the front desk became defensive and unfriendly.
