Okay Bed was uncomfortable- mattress slanted towards the middle and pillows very uncomfortable. Not enough blankets provided.
Disappointing No heat in room only a/c
Good Towels were stained or dirty. There were someone's socks behind a furniture peace. The smoke detector was beeping through my entire stay. Kind of annoying. But overal I had a good experience just a little over priced I felt.
Was unimpressed overall and would not stay again The bathroom sink was very low. The shower was challenging to get hot water out of as the handle kept spinning. The door was difficult to get unlocked with the card key and then kept beeping after it opened. It took us 3-4 tries to get it to stop beeping. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in both the lobby and the lounge
Won't return. everything nothing; terrible bedding-hard pillows, soft bed, old fixtures, ugly floors; telephone didn't work. limited channels on TV, worse than motel 6-very sleezy.
It is a motel, not a resort. The facility is not well maintained. The door lock to my room did not work. And after they replaced the battery to the lock, it locked me out. Also the door won’t close without slamming it hard. Very frustrated. Oh btw, wifi is slow. The staff are nice and helpful.
Style over substance: Fine for a night or two, but not for longer. The shower in our room was awful - a broken shower head, possible. The water temperature was also inconsistent - going from hot to cold to warm and back again in the space of a couple minutes. The toilet was also really weird - used soooo much water per flush and made a scary high pitched noisee that sound like souls screaming in the underworld.
