Pleasant Toilet ran and the shower did not drain very well, room could use some maintenance. Also be advised that this property does not allow outside food or alcohol, kind of strange but I guess they are trying to drum up business for on site restaurants Fun feel Tiki
it served our purpose for a one night stay. Faucets at sink and in shower are very tight and difficult to turn on, need some attention.
Disappointing I was charged fee for checking out 15 min late
It was overall a good stay but there could be some upgrades to the rooms and pool. The carpet in room was gross and my friend's room had a dead cockroach. The pool was old on the bottom. The bar and the surrounding pool area including the grass; the jacuzzi; the cleaning staff and the lobby staff and lobby.

Great pool and tiki drinks, rude hotel staff and mediocre rooms that aren't worth the upgrade. I paid extra for a room with a view - and got a room with a view of the parking lot :( That was a big let down. And while at first I thought the staff was just unhelpful, it turns out they were downright rude. One night on our return from dinner, the lock on our door malfunctioned and none of the three room keys we had been given would work. OK stay but no return based on my comments NOISY early morning housekeeping carts, no micowave, no window blind operation, dogs in pool area and pool, sink and shower faucets that barely function Location and outdoor facilities
