HORRIBLE DISGUSTING STAY! Mgr had to come remove a giant dead cockroach from our room. Overrun by HUGH cockroaches, this is like a cheap motel, painted cold cement floors, old worn furniture & cracks in the walls. I lost all respect for booking.com when they could do nothing to help us. Nothing! I was disgusted by this property. I would give this booking a big ZERO. Old rooms overrun by HUGH cockroaches.
Horrible Well here we go to get in there was no light above the door nor were there numbers for the door very readable . The bed should have been replaced 20 years ago was awful also there was only one wash towel one bar of soap the coffee was awful with only one creamer and one sugar I also did not like my deposit to be run through on my credit card I also did not like my deposit to be run through on my credit card and then have to give me a credit back I have nothing good to say about this place
It was a restful stay. I found a water bug in the tub.
Other Hotels Better for the Money Door looked like it had been forced open from inside. Room was near smelly garbage dumpsters. Thank goodness it was "winter"; room would smell horrific in summer. Signs warning about preventing bugs! Room was expected given the low rate for the Palm Springs area. Near the pool and jacuzzi, which looked great, but I did not have time to use. Water pressure was good, and the bed / pillows were nice.
Good enough. The music from the bar kept us awake until after 3am. It was very loud, and went on for an hour after the bar was supposed to close. The little dog park was nice.
Disappointing the wifi competently not in work! and the location and room is not value for the money, i would rather spend more to stay in other brand hotel
New city I traveled to, accomidations were adequate. Extremly small bathroom, poor use of layoit in room. For the price you het what you paid for.
Pleasant Charged $100.00. Asked to have room checked when we left so I could get deposit back. They said housekeeper would let them know. I asked reciept....they said no. When is money returned within 10 days!!! This is not acceptable. Never told deposit required. Housekeeper decides after you are gone if you get it back, no receipt and they have my money for up to 10 days. Also no blankets, cold all night, very uncomfortable. Housekeeper walks loud rolling carts past the room att 7:30. Wakes me up. Comfy clean bed.
Pleasant No blankets, just sheets. Freezing. No water bottles inside the room. Carpet was very dirty.
