Poor The cleaning lady took my towel and when asked to bring it back she didn't. I like the environment.
The new owner seems to be trying to upgrade and make this place much better!!! Roach in room first night. Water rushed in roomto when it rained. It never rains in Southern California!? Bar drinks were priced higher than other places for "off season". ADA chair lift at jacuzzi did not work and never worked! The ambiance and grounds around the pool Food in restaurant was all good Cleaning staff and Office staff were very pleasant

Okay 1. The staff was great, but a nightmare check in 2. The bugs in the room, which, they had signs in rooms. 3. Refrigerator: I had to request another one since the one in my room was never defrosted. 4. i don't think I'll be staying there again: I reported to the manager, that my bank saw 4 swipes of my credit card vice 1 that the hotel told me. The multiple swipes meant my bank froze my card until I call the bank. 45 mins later, I finally got my room. The manager of the hotel didn't want to own up to any mistakes the che... read more
