Avoid a room in the back building! See above. Was placed in the back building behind dingy trees and above the laundry and housekeeping staff. Terrible location so if staying here avoid this building of the three on offer. The only gem of this Property is The Reef bar at the pool. Front desk personnel just OK with hospitality and knowledge of Property.
Don’t stay at this hotel. It was more like a motel than a hotel. Rooms smelled like smoke, they are run down. Our fridge didn’t work. I was woken up by people yelling at each other outside my room at 2am. I could wait to leave. If you don’t mind being a little farther from downtown the Holiday Inn Express is way nicer and cheaper. The pool was the only nice thing about this place.
Low price hardly makes up for a property that's rundown and Spartan. Ugly room/bathroom. Loud a/c unit. Smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking room. Also, annoying that you have to go to motel office to get a pool towel. Why not have them at the pool?
Room was nott well maintained. Several room fixtures were in disrepair, difficult to use, or not working properly. The air conditioner worked well, but was very loud, even with my ear buds in and listening to music. When room heater was turned in the very early morning, it set off the smoke detector! The blinds on the front window facing the parking lot did not shut fully, with a view inside my room. Not completely private. Good the room was already paid on booking, but when I checked in they charged 100$ on my credit card as deposit. They will be refund within 10 days, anyway I didn't appreciated that
Yuck They charged me $174 then $134 then $75 and $100 after I checked out and refused to give me any receipt a week later $481 fraudulent charges I recommend stay away Nothing
Good Constant music on the premises too loud. Might mean we would not return.
Für ein paar Nächte völlig ok Das Zimmer ist recht gross allerdings ging bei uns dauert der Fernseher nach ein paar Minuten aus. Die Klimaanlage ist laut . Allgemein sehr hellhörig. Die Grösse des Zimmers
