Good The smell in the room was awful - what they use to clean the rooms with is perfumy and never leaves the room even with the door open. The bathroom was dirty. The location and the price.
Stay was okay, would have like it better if the room was remodeled. The room we were given had not been remodeled, and seemed run down. We have stayed at the Tropics before, just a fun place to stay. Good food at the Reef.
Awful. That I wasn't even given the right to talk to anyone about it. I was accused of smoking and charged for it.
Never again It is a motel style hotel, old decor, noisy air conditioner, all the vendor machines were broken Burger was great in the restaurant
Nice property can use some TLC Carpet was torn, the blinds were bent and light came into room early morning, ripped shower curtains, shower went from cold to very hot on own, large ants in room, no triple sheeting hope they washed blankets,pool was very nice, front desk staff was nice, grounds were clean, mattress was broken in which caused hill in middle of mattress.
Sorry I chose this property. Door hardly locked. Bathroom window didn't lock. Very noisy if anyone else ran water. No luggage carts do made it really difficult to move things around.
Miserable The people next door were partying until after 330 on a weeknight and my daughter and I could not sl wo and there was no one at front desk to call.

Last dime I am giving them Refrigerator Nice dog area but unfortunately at $25 A pet not gonna spend more to bring my pet then what the actual rooms costs they never have both bar and Resterant opened at same time ALWAYS in remolding mode I pay 75 $ for a rm then they charge me an extra 50 $ for dogs obviously wouldn't stay there if I was going to pay 50 bucks for dogs especially in a $75 room stayed there many of times before never was charged I said I have a new policy now but I sure the heck wasn't aware of it
